About — Wei-Chen Li 李威辰

李威辰（1989年生，現居台中），國立清華大學生物資訊與生物結構研究所碩士。創作沿三條線並行——攝影與生成影像、自建的運算系統、對家族與地方史的檔案考據——在歷史與未來、真實與虛構之間，探問記憶、信仰與時間如何在當下層層並存。作品曾於台灣與海外多次展出。

Wei-Chen Li (b. 1989, based in Taichung) holds a Master’s degree in Bioinformatics and Structural Biology from National Tsing Hua University. His practice runs along three parallel threads — photography and the generated image, self-built computational systems, and archival research into family and local history — moving between history and the speculative, the real and the fictive, asking how memory, belief, and time keep coexisting in the present. His work has been exhibited in Taiwan and abroad.
